Ingredient Integrity: What Goes Into Our Formulas

At PrimaPria, the quality of a supplement is only as good as the purity of its ingredients. This page provides a technical breakdown of the vitamins and minerals for men that we use in our products. We focus on high-potency, natural capsules for strength and vitality, ensuring that each component is included for its specific physiological benefits.

Chapter I

Zinc and Magnesium (ZMA)

Zinc and Magnesium are two of the most critical minerals for male physiology, involved in muscle synthesis and immune function. We use highly absorbable forms such as Magnesium Citrate and Zinc Gluconate to ensure maximum uptake. These minerals are essential for anyone following a rigorous physical training program or a demanding work schedule.

Magnesium participates in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, including those that govern muscle contraction and relaxation. Zinc supports protein structure and cellular repair. Together, they form a foundational pair in our energy and endurance formulas.

Highly absorbable mineral forms selected for bioavailability. Citrate improves magnesium solubility in the gut; gluconate binds zinc to a simple organic acid for gentle uptake.

Methyl-B12 & Full Spectrum

Bioactive forms prioritized for individuals whose genetic profile may limit conversion of standard synthetic B-vitamins.

The B-Vitamin Complex

Our formulas include a full spectrum of B-vitamins, which are water-soluble and must be replenished daily. These vitamins are the primary drivers of energy metabolism, helping the body convert carbohydrates and fats into fuel. We prioritize bioactive forms like Methyl-B12 to ensure that individuals with various genetic profiles can still benefit from the supplementation.

Because B-vitamins are water-soluble, the body does not store them in significant quantities. Daily intake through diet or supplementation keeps the metabolic pathways that depend on them functioning steadily.

Chapter III

Vitamin D3 and K2

Vitamin D3 is crucial for bone health and immune support, but it works best when paired with Vitamin K2. K2 helps direct calcium to the bones rather than allowing it to accumulate in the arteries. This synergistic pair is a staple in our men's vitamin formulas, providing essential support for long-term cardiovascular and skeletal health.

D3 improves calcium absorption from the digestive tract; K2 then activates proteins that transport that calcium into bone tissue. Without K2, absorbed calcium may deposit in soft tissues instead. The pairing is what makes the combination effective.

Adaptogenic Root Extracts

We utilize concentrated extracts from roots like Maca and Panax Ginseng, which have been used for centuries in traditional wellness practices. These adaptogens are included to help the body maintain balance during periods of high physical or mental demand. Our extracts are standardized for active compounds, ensuring you receive a consistent dose every time.

Standardization means each batch contains a measured percentage of the plant's key compounds — not just dried root of variable potency.

Chapter V

Selenium and Antioxidant Support

Selenium is a trace mineral that plays a vital role in protecting cells from oxidative stress. It is a key component of our men's health support line, contributing to overall cellular integrity.

By reducing oxidative damage, selenium helps maintain the longevity and function of various organ systems. The body needs only small amounts, but the form matters — we use selenium in a bioavailable form that integrates smoothly into the body's existing antioxidant enzyme pathways.

Selenium is a cofactor for glutathione peroxidase, one of the body's primary internally produced antioxidant enzymes. Without adequate selenium, this enzyme cannot function at full capacity.

Amino Acid Chelates

To improve the absorption of our mineral products, we often use amino acid chelates. This process involves bonding a mineral to an amino acid, which the body can more easily recognize and transport across the intestinal wall. This technical detail is what sets our premium supplements apart from standard, inorganic mineral salts.

Comparison — Absorption Pathway
Inorganic Salts Must dissolve fully before the mineral ion is free for absorption. Uptake competes with other minerals in the gut, and a portion passes through unabsorbed.
Amino Acid Chelates The mineral stays bound to the amino acid through the intestinal wall, using the same uptake channels as dietary protein. Less competition, more consistent delivery.

Chapter VII

In addition to concentrated extracts, we use pure botanical powders to provide the full spectrum of a plant's natural compounds. This whole-plant approach ensures that you benefit from the secondary phytonutrients that work alongside the primary active ingredients. It is part of our commitment to keeping our formulas as close to nature as possible.

An isolated extract delivers a high concentration of one compound. A whole-plant powder delivers that compound plus the surrounding matrix of secondary plant chemicals — some of which are still being studied for their roles in absorption and balance.

Testing for Contaminants

Every ingredient we use undergoes testing for purity and safety before it is encapsulated. This includes screening for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbial contaminants. Our headquarters in Bali maintains strict oversight of these quality control measures to ensure that every bottle meets our high standards.

Screen 01 Heavy metals — lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury
Screen 02 Pesticide residue — agricultural chemical traces
Screen 03 Microbial contaminants — bacteria, yeast, mold

Pre-Encapsulation Screening

Each lot is screened before it enters production. Bali headquarters coordinates the protocol and reviews results for every batch.
